Reasserting Authority Through Accountability
Who We Are
The GAC is not a political organization; it is not affiliated with a party. It is a lawful instrument of civilian oversight composed of members of the body politic: citizens, constitutional scholars, and investigators dedicated to upholding the rule of law.
Our commissions operate at both the national and state levels:
The Main (National) GAC oversees federal branches and agencies.
-
State GACs operate independently to oversee governors, legislatures, courts, and state agencies.
Each commission functions autonomously but in coordination with the others, ensuring uniform accountability across the Republic.
Join the Oversight
Members of the People may apply to serve as Auditors, Investigators, or Citizen Grand Jurors within their state’s commission.
Each participant upholds the same oath sworn by public servants to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States and the rights endowed by our Creator.
